HOW YOU WANT AND WHEN YOU WANT.

Preparation of the two-handed backhand: level of rotation of the racket

This aspect affects the quality of the technical movement during acceleration.  It is important in searching for a good point of impact and, consequently, in the production of the linear movement, a necessary requirement for the correct transfer of body weight.

With this exercise I help you to optimise the gradation of the racket, using a stick that acts as an obstacle and prevents excessive backwards movement.

By simplifying the various passages as much as possible so as to create constant progression in the level of skill.  Repeating this procedure using a stick, will help you to reduce the level of rotation and will give you a greater feeling of fluidity, therefore once you return to the natural condition it will feel more spontaneous to carry out the movement as if you still had the stick in your hand.

In this way the movement will become part of your movement layout and therefore you will be able to train in an open situation.
