Tennis School

We offer our students an unforgettable experience.

This is what we call tennis and we like to transmit this idea!

Our courses are organised according to levels, each one of which considers solid preconditions, according to the technical-tactical, motor and cognitive aspects of each individual student.

Our work teams are dynamic as we like to define them, because we monitor the learning courses of the students with the objective of promoting them to the next step, if necessary also in the field of the same academic season.

The various courses

MINI TENNIS
For children between 5 and 8 years of age who want to approach tennis for the first time.

In this phase we introduce the basic technical aspects of our sport, combining them with work aimed at developing the coordination abilities, an element of primary necessity to acquire technical skills.

We face these passages with a good level of alternation between guided exercises and approach based on the game, stimulating the concept of interactivity between students.

START-UP
For children starting from 9 years of age who want to approach the world of tennis for the first time.

A programme designed to deal with the basic technical and tactical aspects of every shot or game action, with the inclusion of exercises to increase the main conditional skills of this sport.

IMPROVEMENT
For children and youngsters that, during previous sectors, have developed the basic technical-tactical skills of the tennis game and know how to handle various shots in alternation, in a closed situation and also in a rally with the teacher.

In this field notions of a biomechanical nature that are much closer to the performance model will be presented and we will reach the heart of the study of game tactics.

PRE COMPETITIVE
A sector in which we launch our students towards real competitions and how to deal with them.

We will start to work in detail on the biomechanical aspects and will provide a coherent tactical setting according to the personal characteristics of the athlete.
