A few words on Coaching
A topic that still sees a lot of hesitation and that is not always handled in a linear manner, due to preconceptions that are not relevant to modernity and therefore are outdated.
Coaching should be structured using a basic method, the philosophy adopted by the Coach, to be put together with the characteristics of the player.
The first factor to be considered is the general analysis of the athlete, that is to the an overview of all of the aspects that form his performance, from technical-tactical, physical, mental, to try to understand his strong points, his weak points and consequently what kind of playing plan he should be attributed in order to maximise his results, all of this in a work programme that also includes the involvement of other training companions within the technical session.
A personalised training system leads to the achievement of concrete and structured objectives, as the athlete undertakes new and gradual awareness and achieves greater mental balance while pursuing his activities.
A good Coach, therefore, must necessarily take charge of the situation through the transmission of his ideas, instilling trust and finding the most adequate learning channel.
In our Team we adopt this setting by following our players in a capillary form, accompanying them towards the set goals.
