Ideas make dreams possible

A project that started way back, the result of an idea matured and shaped over the years that gave rise to something that now represents natural development.

The acquisition of notions has very much influenced my choices, and luckily my moneybox is full.

I went back in time and looked back on everything that had happened throughout my life as a player, starting with my first forehands and backhands through to my competitive development, then reaching the vicissitudes of my adult life.

I reflected on my path, the steps and procedures that I had been through during my tennis training and how teachers faced a training system that achieved results.

I focused attention on the professional figures that were performed to fill these gaps and how they managed to interact between them in the interests of planning. 

I then imagined a comparison between that period and our days, in an attempt to understand, according to the instruments and new forms of knowledge, which innovations to implement for their efficiency in the global development of teaching activities.

The first years of the National Master of the Italian Tennis Federation were extremely crucial.  I managed to learn from training received up until then and from there onwards the wedges all fit into place for me to start on my way.

A fan of constant research, I started to understand the right way to increase quality in everything that moved around teaching of tennis.

Not by chance, I always interpreted the achievement of certificates and qualifications as important starting points and never as consecrations on which to float distractedly.

I never had it in me to choose something that was predefined, something that was right because it had always been considered right.

So I started to study and in the meantime create, and at one point, after tests and thorough thought, I reached the start of this idea.

I realised  that there had to be a method and also people to represent the principles, that there are very aspects related to the growth of an athlete, various fields of teaching and each one of them includes a teacher who can provide a very important contribution to his development process.

My greatest ambition has always been to leave a mark, making myself useful by transmitting everything I know and increasing the level of satisfaction in people that interact with me.

The only thing left to do was to combine this plan into a large unique professional dimension, in which to grow with a spirit of cooperation.

This is the Stefano Bracchi Tennis Team: on the one hand the Technical Staff, some individuals in the offices and some working in our consultancy service, on the other hand the students that we train on a daily basis and help along their long and absorbing journey.

A thick cohesion aimed at achieving important results.
